Manifest The Life You Desire
Manifest Your Dreams with a Positive Thought Process
We all want to improve.
We all want to achieve.
We all want strong bodies, nourished spirits, and healthy minds—so why is it a nearly universal struggle to maintain all of these a key aspect of our lives at times?
Our minds are full of negativity. Many times, we make it impossible to maintain the positive thought process we need for manifestation.

Negative Nancy versus Positive Pam : A Death Match
When you have a task you’d rather not do, what do you think? Do you inundate your mind with I don’t want to do this… this sucks… it’s going to be the worst…?
Your mind believes how you talk to it. If you say you don’t want to do it, you won't. If you say you can’t, you won’t. We design our minds—and our minds create our reality.
Your thought process influences everything: your decisions, your behavior, your outlook on life, your energy levels, your attitude… the list goes on and on. Negative thinking impacts you in a big way.
Now, imagine if you could rewire your brain. What would you choose to change? I would cut out the negativity and replace it with sunshine and butterflies.
The surprising truth? We can.
The funny thing is, you can lie to your brain enough to turn a fib into the truth. If you say it’s going to be great, you’ll start to enjoy that once dreadful task.
This sounds easy in theory—but it requires consistent practice.

Healthy Habits to Support Positivity
If you want to manifest the life you desire, it starts with changing your mentality.
You’ll need these helpful habits and tips. Work them into your daily routine for a more positive thought process. If you already journal or meditate, all you need to do is add some of these concepts to your practice.
If you’re still working to establish a self-improvement routine, the best times to add these little ditties in is in the morning after brushing your teeth (a routine you already practice without even thinking about it!) or right before bed.
.
Mantras
These are my favorite! Mantras are just short statements about life that you repeat or focus on. You might also know them as affirmations.
You can add them to your mediation or yoga practice, say them in the mirror, or think about them when you lay in bed.
Here are some mantras to rewire your brain for positivity:
- "Today is (was) a great day."
- "Tomorrow will be amazing."
- "My life is full of success."
- "I am proud of myself."
- "I did a great job today."
- "Right now, I am a success."
- "I have achieved so much already."
- "I will accomplish my goals."
.
Meditation
You can meditate on any of the mantras above, but meditation can also focus deeply on sensations and emotions. Instead of turning inwards with your affirmations, you can actively manifest your feelings by thinking about the external world.
When meditating, think about:
- Something or someone who brings joy to your life.
- The last time you smiled or laughed.
- Your favorite place and how it makes you feel.
- A sense of pride for your accomplishments.
- The feelings of comfort or relaxation.
.
Journaling
Unlike mediation or mantras, journaling can take you into a deeper exploration of your feelings and motivations. You can discover more complex relationships between your emotions and your everyday world—and work to change how you feel about them.
When you journal, write about:
- The past with gratitude for the small and the big things.
- The present with joy over all the wonderful things you experience in life.
- The future with hopefulness and openness.
Sometimes staying positive is difficult when you dive deep into the things that frustrate you, remind you of the pain you’ve experienced in the past, or make you fearful of the future.
When you feel that way, you can write even though I experienced something bad or feel a certain way…
- "I know that everything will be okay."
- "I’m doing a great job coping with everything."
- "Things will work out."
- "My feelings are valid, and they cannot hurt me."
- "My life still has value and joy."
Practicing Positivity
Now, all you need to do is practice positive thinking in your life. Change your mindset by adding positive thoughts through meditation, affirmations, and journaling exercises.

With a positive thought process, you’ll be able to manifest your success, achieve your goals, and find the energy to do all that and more.
